Board of Appeals - Meeting Schedule & Deadlines
Meetings
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets on the first Monday of each month to review applications that have been submitted to the Codes Office. All scheduled meetings are held at the Municipal building at 7:00 p.m. Additional meetings or alternate meetings can be scheduled each month at the discretion of the Board Chairman.
Applications must be submitted to the Codes Enforcement Office no later than 17 calendar days prior to the scheduled meeting at which it will be reviewed. The Town of Topsham charges a $150.00 fee for each application that is reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals.
