Police Reports and Records Requests

For police reports and records: Download, print, and submit the Request for Records FOAA-FOIA.pdf form in person at the Topsham Police Department or by mail. The status of your request will be available within five business days. You may also fill out the FOAA Request Form.pdf and email to us at policerecordsrequest@topshammaine.com.

 

Please note that some reports may require processing time or additional approvals before they can be released. If fees apply, staff will notify you before fulfilling your request.

 

Accident Report Request

Traffic crash reports are available no earlier than two business days after the date of the accident. Traffic crash reports are available by contacting the Topsham Police Department or through the Crash Report Website, where you can obtain a copy of the report for a fee.
