The mission of the Brunswick Topsham Housing Authority is to provide safe, quality, and affordable housing for eligible persons in need of assistance, regardless of race, color, sex, religion, national or ethnic origin, age, handicap, marital status, sexual orientation, familial status, or disability, and to promote opportunities for the growth and development of residents as well as our community

Meeting Times

The Topsham Housing Authority meets the on the third Tuesday of the month at 5:00 pm in the conference room of the Town Office. All meetings are open to the public and welcome to attend.

Commissioners

 The Topsham Housing Authority is a seven- member body. Five regular and two tenant representatives. Commissioners are appointed by the Select Board and serve a term of five years. The members elect officers who shall serve one-year terms as Chair and Vice Chair.
