We have provided links to .pdf files containing various application forms utilized by the Planning Office. Additional information regarding applications is available via the link to our Town Code.

We also only accept complete application with payment.

The Town of Topsham has recently become aware of scam emails creating fake invoices requesting payment for application or permit fees.

The Town of Topsham will never ask you to wire funds, do not comply with instructions to wire funds.

Application fees & escrow payments can be mailed to the Town Hall attention Planning Department, dropped at our office, or processed online using the Miscellaneous Payments section at https://topsham.androgov.com/. If you have any question or concerns please contact us at 207-725-1724.
