Androscoggin River Bike Path

The path features scenic views of the Androscoggin River and connects Topsham and Brunswick for pedestrians and cyclists. It is 14 feet wide with separate lanes for walkers and cyclists. The paved, flat surface is also accessible for strollers, wheelchairs, and individuals with mobility challenges. Granite and wooden benches along the path offer spots to rest or enjoy the scenery. The path is maintained throughout the winter, with plowing and sanding ensuring year-round accessibility.

 

  • This location is open from dawn to dusk

  •  On-leash Pets are permitted

  • No off-road vehicles, bikes, snowmobiles, or horses permitted

  • Visitors must stay on marked trails and may not camp or create fires.

  • Deer hunting is not allowed, waterfowl blinds only by permission
