RFP for Engineering Services for Canam Drive

The Town of Topsham, Maine (the “Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide final design, survey, and engineering services for the reconstruction of approximately 2,250 linear feet of Canam Drive in Topsham, Maine. The selected consultant will evaluate existing conditions, perform a topographic survey, prepare final engineering plans and specifications, and develop a construction cost estimate to support public bidding and construction.  A copy of the detailed RFP is available here (please note that the RFP was updated only to remove the comments inadvertently included in the prior version as explained in the below response to questions).
