NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Regarding

the Proposed Warrant for the May 13, 2026 Special Town Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Topsham (the “Town”) will hold a public hearing on:

April 16, 2026

at Topsham Town Hall

100 Main Street, Topsham, ME 04086,

The Public Hearing will be at 6:30 p.m. 

The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments on the proposed warrant for the May 13, 2026 Special Town Meeting. 

A copy of the warrant is available by clicking on this link or a copy can be requested from the Town by calling 207-725-5821 prior to the public hearing and requesting a copy be mailed or emailed to you. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard at that time.

Public comments will be taken at the hearing and written comments should be submitted to Town Manager Mark M. Waltz at mwaltz@topshammaine.com.  Written comments will be accepted until 4:30 pm on April 15, 2026.
