Public Hearing on Request of Topsham Trailriders to Make Upper Main Street an ATV Access Route
Topsham Trailriders have requested that the Town of Topsham designate upper Main Street from Eagles Way to the closed I-295 temporary on ramp an ATV access route pursuant to Title 12 MRS ยง13157-A (6)(H). This would allow ATV’s to operate on the public way. The Topsham Select Board will hold a public hearing on the request at the Topsham Town Hall (100 Main Street) on Thursday, August 6th at 6:30 PM. A Zoom link will also be available on the calendar page of the Town of Topsham Website if someone would like to participate online. Following the public hearing, the Select Board will make a determination on the request.
