Application Forms

Below, you will find various application forms required by the Planning Office.

Please refer to the Town Code for additional application information.

Please note that the Planning Office will begin to review applications once full digital copies and all applicable fees have been received. Hard copies are required to complete all applications, but may be provided once the Planning Department has notified the applicant that the digital copy appears otherwise complete. Note that any revisions to an application, whether required by the Planning Department or otherwise proposed by the applicant, will require that updated hard copies of the full application package be provided to the Town.

Please be aware:

The Town of Topsham has recently become aware of scam emails creating fake invoices requesting payment for application or permit fees.

The Town of Topsham will never ask you to wire funds, do not comply with instructions to wire funds.

Application fees & escrow payments can be mailed to the Town Hall attention Planning Department, dropped at our office, or processed online using the Miscellaneous Payments section at https://topsham.androgov.com/. If you have any question or concerns please contact us at 207-725-1724.
