Project Overview

The Comprehensive Plan Implementation is pleased to announce that Duncan Associates with Codametrics, a consultant with national experience in zoning and land use codes, has been selected to assist the Town with a "ReCode" of Topsham's land use ordinance that begins to implement the vision of the 2019 Comprehensive Plan. Duncan & Codametrics work will begin with a review of the land use code against the goals, policies, and vision of Topsham's Comprehensive Plan . The result will be a comprehensive code evaluation, which will provide a road map for future revisions to the land use code.  

There will be many opportunities to engage through both large workshops and smaller forums and focus groups. These opportunities will be posted here, so stay tuned!
