About Us
The Topsham Parks and Recreation Department is responsible for the oversight of a variety of recreational events for the residents of Topsham, as well as the maintenance and care of the Foreside Recreation Facility, the Riverwalk in Topsham, and Head of Tide Park. In addition, the department staff runs the Community Bulletin Board on Cable Access Channel 3.
