The Topsham Police Shoulder Patch and K9 Patch

Topsham, Maine, was incorporated as a town in 1764. The town derived its name from English settlers from Topsham, England. Our shoulder patch features the Native American leader, Chief Pejepscot, sitting alongside the Androscoggin River.

The second patch is our K9 officer's patch
