Project Overview
Topsham's Comprehensive Plan Implementation Committee (CPIC) is spearheading 'ReCode Topsham,' a multi-year zoning revision project. This project follows the Community's work over the past several years developing the 2019 Comprehensive Plan Update.
Duncan Associates with Codametrics, consultants with national experience in zoning and land use codes, were selected to assist the Town with the project. Duncan & Codametrics' work began with a review of the land use code against the goals, policies, and vision of Topsham's Comprehensive Plan. The result will be a comprehensive code evaluation, which will provide a road map for future revisions to the land use code.
